Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use constitute an End User License Agreement (“EULA”) between you and Broad-I LLC for the FaceLink Companion application and related services (collectively, “FaceLink”). By downloading, installing, or using FaceLink, you agree to these Terms.

1. License grant

Subject to these Terms, Broad-I LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FaceLink on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

2. Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit subscriptions

FaceLink Pro Unlimited is sold only through Apple StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Refunds are handled solely by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Broad-I LLC does not process subscription payments outside Apple In-App Purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FaceLink, attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with other users’ privacy controls, or use the service for unlawful or harassing purposes. Profile content you publish remains your responsibility.

4. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

FaceLink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Broad-I LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Apple’s role

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Broad-I LLC only, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for FaceLink. In the event of any failure of FaceLink to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.
